VIDEO: Philly's top cop visits students at his old school

FERN ROCK -- He's the top cop in Philadelphia now, but Commissioner Richard Ross' journey is rooted in the neighborhood of Fern Rock.

That's where he attended his first years of schooling and started his foundation.

So, in celebration of Black History Month, his elementary school invited him back and only Action News was there as Ross went back to school!
