2 people jump from burning home in Lawncrest

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two people jumped out of a burning home in the Lawncrest section of Philadelphia Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to a two-story, twin home around 7:45 a.m. on the 6300 block of Rising Sun Avenue.

The people who jumped out of a window were caught by neighbors.

Firefighters rescued a third person from inside.

There is no word on the cause of the fire or if anyone suffered any injuries.
