Suspects hold employee at knife-point in Philly store robbery

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are searching for a pair of bandits who robbed a corner store and held an employee at knifepoint.

Surveillance video was captured at the Family Shopping Place on the 2600 block of South Warnock Street in South Philadelphia.

Police say the video shows one of the suspects enter the store on October 9 and scout the store.

He then returns 40 minutes later with another man.

One suspect forced the employee to the ground at knife-point and steals his wallet while the other stole merchandise from the counter.

Both suspects then ran from the store.
