Corzine plans to fly Friday evening to Las Vegas to help Clinton as the Jan. 19 Nevada caucuses near.
It will be his second campaign trip for Clinton.
He traveled to Iowa in early December to campaign for the New York senator and former first lady.
Corzine spokeswoman Lilo Stainton said he plans to meet Saturday with Clinton campaign staff, help open a Clinton field office, meet with business leaders and host an economic forum to help boost Clinton's candidacy.
Stainton said Corzine was asked to make the trip to "The Entertainment Capital of the World" by Clinton's campaign.
"Hillary Clinton has the right combination of experience and new ideas that voters are looking for and Gov. Corzine is happy to take her message to the people of Las Vegas," Stainton said.
Corzine is expected to return to New Jersey Saturday night, Stainton said.
Before he does, Barack Obama's New Jersey campaign will bring out more than a dozen state and local officials at "Stand Up and Be Counted" rallies throughout the state.
Events are planned in six cities Saturday - Camden, Paterson, Jersey City, Trenton, Edison and Newark.
"I think what you saw last night was America speaking," Newark Mayor Cory Booker said of Thursday's Obama win in Iowa.
Booker plans to co-host the day's last rally, in Newark, scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
Corzine's visit to Vegas comes after Clinton finished third in Thursday's Iowa caucuses, behind Obama and second-place finisher John Edwards. Clinton on Friday turned her attention to New Hampshire, which has a Tuesday primary.
Corzine, who served in the U.S. Senate with Clinton before becoming governor in January 2006, endorsed Clinton's candidacy in April, deeming Clinton the most qualified candidate to be president and praising her stances on children's and health care issues.
Corzine, a multimillionaire from his days leading banking investment firm Goldman Sachs, donated $2,300 to Clinton in June, according to the Federal Election Commission.
Corzine is among several leading New Jersey Democrats to endorse Clinton, including U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez, several House members and Assembly Speaker Joseph Roberts Jr.
