It's the swingers versus the city
DALLAS (AP) - January 9, 2008 The City of Duncanville wants a judge
to order Jim Trulock to stop weekend sex parties at his home. He
transforms his home into something Trulock calls "The Cherry Pit"
for his swingers' swarays. City officials contend Trulock's parties
are a threat to public health. Officials also charge the sex
parties harm the city's image and lower property values. In a
lawsuit of his own, Trulock counters a local anti-sex club law is
unconstitutional. His lawyer is asking a judge to stop the city
from enforcing the sex club ban.
