Lost 'ice' found after snow thaw

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - January 10, 2008 Green Bay, Wisconsin, police Lieutenant John Laux saw a woman searching a parking lot with a flashlight New Year's Eve. She told him she had a fight with her fiance and tossed her engagement ring in the snow outside a bar. They didn't have any luck finding the missing ice that night. But Laux returned after the recent thaw and saw something glistening in the snow. It was the ring. Now, Green Bay police want the woman who tossed it to give them a call so the ring can be returned.
