Fire displaces Princeton faculty, staff

PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) - January 11, 2008 None of the faculty and staff were injured in the Thursday afternoon blaze.

The cause and origin of the blaze are under investigation.

The building was constructed in 1922 and has 13 townhouse-style apartment units.

University spokeswoman Cass Cliatt tells The Times of Trenton the building was equipped with working smoke detectors, but did not have sprinklers.
