Since the Delinquent Taxpayers Web page was launched last February, nearly 200 Delaware taxpayers have either paid their past-due balances or worked out payment agreements with the state. More than $1 million has been collected so far.
Nineteen other states and the District of Columbia also post delinquent taxpayers lists on the Internet.
