Police say 52-year-old John Burke was arrested this week after being found sleeping inside Archbishop Prendergast High School in Drexel Hill.
Burke is already awaiting a hearing for an incident in August, when authorities say he was found naked inside the Roman Catholic high school for girls.
Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood says this time around, a school employee discovered Burke asleep in the second floor staircase. Chitwood says the man's clothing and other belongings were found in a cabinet next to the staircase.
Burke was jailed in lieu of bail on charges of criminal trespass, loitering and related counts.
