The Action Cam in the 1800 block of North Taylor Street where flames claimed their first life in Philadelphia this year.
The fast moving blaze broke out around 4 a.m.
Smoke alarms worked inside the house. But when firefighters worked their way through the burning house, they found the body of a man in the dining room area.
There's no word yet on a cause.
