Jack Bivens, 50, of Dover faces sexual assault, rape and child porn charges. Investigators say he fondled a 6-year-old girl while he babysat her several times during the past few weeks.
Police report the child on Saturday told her parents about the incidents inside Bivens' home. Officers say Bivens also showed the girl child pornography and raped her at least 4 times.
During their search of his home, police say they found photos of the girl.
