He is 29-year-old Roy Chamberlin of Centre Hall. Authorities say he relied upon the woman's fear to prevent her from calling police. She didn't come forward until Chamberlin was in jail on unrelated charges. He's facing four county of attempted murder because police say he tried to burn down a mobile home with people inside in September twice.
His court-appointed attorney, Charles Kroboth Jr., has declined to comment.
