Thirty-one-year-old Hubert Leonard is now under arrest.
Investigators say Leonard pulled a gun at the Morrisville pharmacy Wednesday afternoon and robbed the place of about $2,000 in drugs and some cash.
Police say when Leonard tried flee out the back, Jack Jones, the head of the Morrisville force, was waiting for him.
Someone in the drug store had alerted police by setting off an alarm.
