Wilmington police have made no arrests in a drive-by shooting Sunday night.

It happened about 10:30 p.m. near 22nd and Pine streets. Police say a 46-year-old man was walking there with his girlfriend when an unknown person opened fire from a car window.

The man was wounded in the back and was taken by car to Wilmington Hospital. Later, he was transferred to Christiana Hospital. He's listed in stable, but critical, condition.

The drive-by car is described as being light blue or gray and possibly an '83 or '84 model.
