The Attorney General's Office and the Division of Consumer Affairs announced today that it's received 584 complaints against Celebration Studios.
The complaints allege Chester-based company and its top official, Marc Schwartz, did not deliver contracted services or return deposits when it abruptly shut down this month.
A temporary restraining order now prohibits the company from disposing of photographs, negatives, proofs, videotapes and other material, as well as any consumer deposits and payments.
