Perdue recalling 24,000 pounds of chicken

Perdue is recalling over 24,000 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts due to an undeclared allergen. The company says the product has an Italian seasoning which may contain milk.

It was sold in 28.8 ounce individually wrapped packages under the perfect portions label.

The chicken was sold in several states including Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Each package bears the establishment number "EST. P-7903" inside the USDA mark of inspection as well as the UPC code "72745-06819." Each package also bears a "Sell-by or Freeze-by" date of "FEB 02," "FEB 03," "FEB 04," "FEB 05," "FEB06."
