Walter Krych was arrested last Sunday on child sexual charges stemming from alleged incidents in July and November of 2002.
Tuesday's charges were issued as a result of a second child accusing Krych of sexual assault in the Del Haven section in July 2003.Authorities said the assaults did not take place while Krych was on duty as a police officer.
Bail has been set at $75,000 cash. Krych was committed to the Cumberland County Correctional Center in lieu of bail. He was suspended from the Middle Township Police Department without pay. If convicted, he faces a 5-10 year sentence.
