The crash happened about 12:20 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Route 1. Other motorists managed to pull Ramirez from the wreck before it burst into flames, but he later died.
Police name man killed in fiery I-95 crash
STANTON, Del. (AP) - January 30, 2008
Police say the man was 28-year-old Sergio Ramirez of the
Wilmington area. Authorities say it took a while to identify him
because he was not carrying identification and was driving a car
with Tennessee tags.
