No Lingerie Bowl again this year

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - January 30, 2008 Super Bowl fans will have to get their kicks watching the Budweiser clydesdales or the regular halftime show. The risque, alternative-halftime program had been on pay-per-view for three years, featuring babes in next-to-nothing, playing football. The Lingerie Bowl didn't air last year, reportedly because of problems moving to cable. The producers are pulling the plug again this year after running into trouble lining up a site. However, they say they are working on a Lingerie Bowl for next year.
