Jereleigh Morton was shot twice in the head with a handgun registered to him. The gun was later found near a patio outside the couple's bedroom. Both sides say she had been upset that her husband wanted to have children with her younger rival.
Plea deal expected in bigamist killing

Forty-seven-year-old Myra Morton appeared in court today to face
charges that she shot Jereleigh Morton in their bed in August --
hours before he was scheduled to visit a Moroccan woman he had
married earlier in the year.
