The Grand Central Oyster Bar planned to change the name of its New England Clam Chowder to "Giants Clam Chowder" for the week.
The restaurant's owner, Mike Garvey, said in a statement that it is "an appropriated tribute."
"Giants Clam Chowder" will be available for the price of $5.75 a bowl.
The Giants beat the previously undefeated New England Patriots 17-14 on Sunday night in Glendale, Ariz., for their third Super Bowl title.
