The 68-year-old brother of former Philadelphia Mayor John Street is accused of tax, mail and wire fraud.
The feds say, the elder Street failed to report to the IRS $2 million in consulting fees he received from the Philadelphia International Airport.
Street, who campaigned for a time to be elected Philadelphia's mayor, says he is innocent.
