College students charged for swastika graffiti

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - February 8, 2008 Authorities say "stupidity" was the motive.

The vandalism happened in East Windsor, Hightstown and Roosevelt last month.

Police say they cracked the case with a tip from someone who said the men had bought spray paint at a Wal-Mart.

Nicholas Kurahara, who attends the University of Delaware; Nikolai Afanassenkov, who attends the University of Hartford; and Max Drazdik, who attends George Washington University, are charged with bias intimidation and bias-based criminal mischief.
