DOVER, Del. (AP) - February 15, 2008
The charging documents say John Gallegos was charged after state
police detectives learned about a person operating a computer with
shared child pornography files. Working with Comcast Cable
Communications, police traced the computer's Internet address to a
location on Pineview Drive in the Dover area.
A search of the hard drive uncovered 23 images and three videos.
Charging documents say Gallegos acknowledged downloading the files
with the file-sharing program called LimeWire.
He faces 20 counts of using a computer to unlawfully depict a
child engaging in a prohibited sexual act.
