He has 11 cameras focused on his property in the Huntsville, Alabama, area.
Authorities report several of those cameras captured a 16-year-old breaking into Sharp's home.
Police say the security video also recorded the suspect's license plate and an accomplice.
The teenager has been busted, but his name isn't being released because he's underage.
Police the say the teen has also been charged in a December store robbery.
