Boy, 12, charged with alleged rape of boy, 8.

HARRINGTON, De. - February 15, 2008 Court documents say the alleged victim's father found his son engaged in a sex act with the older boy, described as a friend.

The documents say the younger boy then told police about other acts of sexual contact involving the older boy over two years. The suspect is charged with rape and unlawful sexual contact.
