Pantyhose lawsuit settled

February 21, 2008 We first warned you about the company back in May of 2003, and now, four years later, some of the company's customers are finally poised to get full refunds.

Attorneys General in fifteen states including Pennsylvania and Delaware sued HCI Direct alleging it violated state consumer protection laws.

The Bensalem company has now settled the case for 455-thousand-dollars. As part of the settlement, HCI will provide full refunds to consumers who filed complaints. It will also change its marketing practices.
