A.G. Biden closes Dover crack house

DOVER, Del. (AP) - February 22, 2008 The property at 176 South Governors Boulevard in the Capitol Park area was closed with help from the Drug Nuisance and Social Vices Abatement Act.

Biden says litigation against the property owners is ongoing, and a hearing will be held in May to determine a permanent status of the property.

Biden says more than 20 properties have received notices that a nuisance exists on the property.
