This request is grounds for firing
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - February 26, 2008 That's the gist of a ruling from an Iowa judge, who denies
Neil Jorgensen's claim he was unjustly fired. He had worked at the
Riverside Casino and Golf Resort and was given a free night's stay
to mark a year's employment. Hotel managers say he repeatedly
called, asking for a hooker. When hotel workers went to his room to
ask that he stop calling, a resort official testified Jorgensen
answered the door in the nude. He was fired the next day.
Jorgensen's claim for unemployment benefits was denied.
