Police arrest disputing burglars

ARDMORE, Pa. - February 28, 2008 35-year-old Timothy Hood of West Oak Lane and 23-year-old Krystal Coles of Southwest Philadelphia were arrested for burglary.

Lower Merion police say the couple is responsible for breaking in at Zinman Furs in the Main Line's Suburban Square.

Police say Hood and Coles were with two other people when they hit Zinman's in the early morning hours.

The very next day, police were called to a Bensalem motor lodge because of a loud, bitter domestic dispute.

Police say they came to the room occupied by Coles and Hood and discovered that the room was full of allegedly stolen property from the Ardmore store and other area retailers.

Police believe Hood and Coles are part of a smash and grab ring that has left shattered windows in at least six high end stores like Zinman's in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

More arrests are expected.
