Maybe a "condiment-inium?"
The condos - being developed on the site of the Old Dutch Mustard Company in Williamsburg, Brooklyn - will be topped by 24 rooftop cabanas available for purchase by homeowners.
Steiner NYC, which purchased the site in 2006, announced Thursday that the firm GreenbergFarrow will design the 114 lofts and nine townhouses.
Steiner said that, for various reasons, the factory itself could not be used. The complex will be built "from the ground up" on the site.
It expects the property, called 80 Metropolitan, to be ready for occupancy in early 2009.
