Obama: Clinton is trying to "scare up votes"
HOUSTON (AP) - February 29, 2008 The Clinton ad shows children sleeping at night, a mother
checking on a child and Clinton answering the phone in her office.
An announcer asks, "It's 3 a.m. and your children are safely
asleep. Who do you want answering the phone?"
Obama said Friday, "We've had a red phone moment. It was the
decision to invade Iraq. And Senator Clinton gave the wrong
answer."
Obama spoke to veterans and their families in Texas.
Texas holds its pivotal contest on Tuesday.
