Phillies, Iron Pigs game sells out

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - March 2, 2008 Tickets were gone in two hours for the March 30 exhibition game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.

The IronPigs are the Phillies' new Triple-A club. Hundreds of people were in line when tickets for the team's inaugural season went on sale Saturday morning. Some had even spent the night outside the box office in subfreezing temperatures.

The team's first International League home game is against Richmond on April 11.

The Phillies' previous Triple-A team, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons, became a New York Yankees farm club last year.
