Michelle Birnbaum delivered a baby girl on Leap Day Friday - exactly 28 years after Birnbaum's own birth on Leap Day.
The baby was due on Friday and Birnbaum told the New York Post she had planned to induce the birth. But little Rose Madelyn Birnbaum was born naturally.
Birnbaum said she's always loved being a leap year baby, and now will be able to share the distinction with her daughter.
As for husband Jaeson, he says it'll make it easier to remember both birthdays.
