WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - March 17, 2008 Police say 45-year-old James Hill of Newark was working at Richardson Park Elementary School after students went home.

Red Clay School District officials called police Tuesday after Hill was seen making hand-to-hand transactions with several people in the parking lot.

Inside Hill's car, police found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and 20 Vicodin pills. No drugs were found during a search of the school.

Hill is charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, maintaining a vehicle for keeping narcotics, and possession with intent to deliver.
