Burglary suspect charged with attempted murder

CLAYMONT, Del. (AP) - March 7, 2008 New Castle County Police say 27-year-old Hector Negron was arrested Friday morning in Wilmington.

Police say Negron and 30-year-old Myron Williams broke into a home on Virginia Avenue in Naamans Trailer Park on February 13th.

Once inside, police say they struggled with three men who took away Williams gun and shot him to death.

Police say Negron was shot in the upper leg but managed to run away after allegedly shooting one of the three men.
