Wilmington police are throwing the book at a bank robbery suspect who was arrested in a downtown library. Witnesses reported seeing the man flee Wednesday from the Wilmington Trust Bank at 10th and Market streets, drop some cash near Rodney Square, then run into the Wilmington Public Library.

Police shut down the library and found 36-year-old Michael Edelin inside.

Edelin is charged with the robbery and two other bank robberies in January.

State police say they also have robbery warrants for Edelin.
