Bensalem Township officials decided to keep the mall closed Saturday because of health and safety concerns after the break of a 12-inch water main drained a 250,000 gallon emergency storage tank on the property.
Late Saturday, Fire Marshal Jay Scanlon cleared the mall to open Sunday after the emergency tank was refilled and the sprinkler, toilet water and fire pump systems were restored.
The mall has three department stores, 120 shops and a 24-screen cinema.
