Dover police arrested 31-year-old Antwine Johns early Thursday morning in Georgetown, Delaware. They say he is responsible for an attack on March 13th.
A woman who was leaving the Dover Mall when a man confronted her and then hit her with what appeared to be a gun. After getting her purse, the suspect fired several pellets from the gun and hit the victim in the head and arms.
Johns is in the Delaware Correctional Center facing robbery, assault and other charges.
