Authorities tell Action News that the ladder truck was involved in a crash that hurt one person. It happened at about 6:45 a.m. at the intersection of 60th and Kingsessing.
Another medic unit was called to the scene to help a woman in the SUV who suffered neck and back injuries.
The ladder truck was responding to a fire near the accident scene at 65th Street.
