A grand jury has issued a warrant for the arrest of 26-year-old James Friend.
He is charged with the murder of 24-year-old Curtis Mathews early in the morning of February 2, 2008.
Mathews was shot to death on the 1300 block of East 24th Street in Wilmington.
Friend's last known address was 2602 North VanBuren Street in Wilmington.
