2 killed in Garden State Parkway crash

GALLOWAY TWP., N.J. - April 4, 2008 Police say 27-year-old Daniel Tourney of Barnegat, was trying to go north in the southbound lanes. He collided head on with a Toyota Tundra driven by a 67-year-old man from Egg Harbor Township.

Tourney went through the front window of his Dodge Neon landing on the roadway. Police say a Jeep Liberty, driven by an unidentified woman ran over Tourney.

Both Tourney and the driver of the toyota were pronounced dead at the scene.

Right now, toxicology results are pending.
