The deadline to apply for absentee ballots for Pennsylvania's April 22 primary is Tuesday.
The Department of State voter Web site has information on absentee ballots. It includes a list of approved forms of identification that first-time voters must provide, such as a driver's license, or a current bank statement with the voter's name and address.
