Suspect in 30 burglaries turns self in

Milton Police Department arrested 19-year-old, Nelson Torres, AKA (Nelson E. CABRERA,) of Wilmington, De., for Assault 1st, Reckless Endangering 1st, and Carrying Concealed Dangerous Instrument after he assaulted one of the Co-Defendants in the Milton Public Library, and approximately 30 burglaries, graffiti all around the Town of Milton over the last few months. Milton Police Department made contact with Nelson Torres (CABRERA) after he walked into the Milton Police Department and turned himself into police. Police say Torres stated that he was tried of running. The Delaware State Police C. I. U. assisted the Milton Police Department in attempting to locate Torres over the last few weeks.

Torres was processed and arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court # 3 and was committed to Sussex Correction Institute on default of a secured bond of $77,800 with case pending.
