Milton, De. - April 10, 2008 Milton Police Department made contact with Nelson Torres (CABRERA) after he walked into the Milton Police Department and turned himself into police. Police say Torres stated that he was tried of running. The Delaware State Police C. I. U. assisted the Milton Police Department in attempting to locate Torres over the last few weeks.
