A case of campaign cabbagegate

WASHINGTON (AP) - April 17, 2008

Or maybe a tuna tussle?

An intern with Republican Senator John McCain's presidential campaign is in trouble for cribbing some recipes.

Campaign officials have chewed out the intern for posting supposed "McCain Family Recipes" on the campaign Web site.

But the recipes aren't from McCain's wife, Cindy.

They're apparently identical to recipes from the Food Network and celebrity cook Rachel Ray.

The recipes included Passion Fruit Mousse, Ahi Tuna with Napa Cabbage Slaw and Rosemary Chicken Breasts and Warm Spinach Salad with Bacon.

The Huffington Post blew the whistle on the pirated recipes.

The McCain people are apologizing.
