A man found on the street's of Wilmington is that city's 14th homicide victim of 2008, according to police.
The man, in his 30s, was found on the sidewalk along the 300 block of West 29th Street just before 11:30 p.m. He had been shot in the head, was not breathing, and efforts to revive him failed.
Police are still working to identify the victim.
Wilmington police reported 14 homicides in all of 2007.
