That's the result of a new customer satisfaction survey in which Atlantic City ranked higher than Vegas in value for price, whether a visitor would recommend the resort to someone else, how pampered they felt, how "hip" or "cool" the resort is, and how sophisticated it is.
About 78 percent of Atlantic City visitors said they were very likely to recommend it to friends, compared with 59 percent of Las Vegas visitors, according to the study by Market Metrix, which does surveys for the hospitality industry.
