Mrs. Fixit: Magnets

April 20, 2008

In the bathroom a magnet will help you retrieve that jewelry you dropped down the drain, just tie it to a string and snake it into the pipe!

It will also easily corral clippers and scissors in a cabinet or drawer. Just attach a magnet to the side and you'll never have to dig for those clippers again.

In the workshop, office and craft room magnets are perfect for keeping things neat or cleaning up spills. Glue a heavy duty magnet to the bottom of a shallow pan and put it in your drawer or tool kit.

As you drop in paper clips or nails or craft items the magnet will hold them tight to the dish so they don't end up all over the place!

Attach a heavy duty magnet to the side of your flashlight and attach it to the side of the fridge, it will always be where you need it, when you need it.

You could also use this tip for pens which never seem to be where you need them when you need to write a message!

Attractive ideas to help you around the house! I'm Mrs. Fixit and it's just that simple!
