Long Beach disrobing law upsets some

LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP (AP) - April 21, 2008

But some surfers and business owners in the Long Beach Township area are strongly opposed to the plan.

They say the ordinance isn't needed and will be hard to enforce. They also say police in the Ocean County town have more important matters to deal with.

She notes the town has three public restrooms in the area where people can change.
