Delaware State Police say the 61-year-old Millsboro man was held up in his home on Robin Hoods Loop in Millsboro since about 9 p.m. Wednesday. He surrendered to troopers at approximately 7:15 a.m. and taken into custody without incident.
Police say the suspect allegedly shot a 45-year-old Millsboro man during an argument. The victim was taken to Beebe Medical Center and admitted for a gunshot wound to his leg.Officials with the Indian River School District say nearby Long Neck Elementary School called off morning kindergarten and other classes will start 2 hours later than normal because of the situation.
